Catering For Working Parents
Our Vacation Care program is designed to provide a fun-filled experience for children aged 4 to 12 years old, with activities, incursions, and excursions to keep them engaged and entertained!
We offer a range of activities to cater to all interests, including sports, arts and crafts, music, drama, cooking and much more! Our team of experienced educators will ensure that your child is having fun while also learning new skills and making new friends!
Our fantastic excursions offer children the chance to explore the world around them! We take children on exciting adventures to local attractions such as foreshore visits, parks, movies, wildlife parks, trampoline/bouncy castle parks, and more!
Our Vacation Care program also offers nutritious meals and snacks for your children! We include Breakfast, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea! We also provide other meals (all included in the fee), so you don’t have to worry about a thing!
BlueBird’s amazing Bus Service is also available during Vacation Care! We offer a pick-up and drop-off service to make it easy for parents who are unable to transport their children during vacation!

We have dedicated in-house chefs at every centre to provide fresh, healthy meals onsite.
We cater to all dietary requirements, including allergies
All meals and snacks are included in our fees
Our menus are designed around dietary guidelines and will give your child more than half of their required nutritional intake!
We grow what we eat! All food is fresh and we had to pick produce from our gardens for meals.
BlueBird has a nature-based approach to learning. We focus on nature play as a way for kids to connect with nature and cherish it from a young age.
We focus on natural materials (such as sticks, logs, rocks, nuts, flowers, etc.) for imagination-based educational play.
Our children are encouraged to play outdoors as much as possible
The natural environment is used to inspire learning and growth
Our beautiful garden is filled with natural equipment that facilitates nature-based learning.
BlueBird's founding vision has always been about giving back and helping others. One of the community support services we’re most proud of is our transport service.
Our BlueBird buses transport about 4000 children a month.
We offer a variety of services including -
Home pickups and drop-offs
School and centre drop-offs
Taking kids to appointments
Taking kids to extracurricular activities
Our transport service collects children from as far as Dalyellup, Capel, Dunsborough, Cowaramup, Donnybrook and Augusta.
Buses operate from all our centres.
Same day booking.
Life at BlueBird is full of exciting moments! We have a fun calendar of events so our kids can create beautiful memories.
Each centre offers its own special activities such as yoga and meditation day, world ocean day and emergency services appreciation day.

We’ve designed our services to be flexible to fit every parent’s needs. We are FIFO and shift worker-friendly. We offer casual care, half daycare or hourly care when you need it and we welcome out-of-towners too!

About our
Margaret River Location
Our service is easily accessible by major roads and through the BlueBird Bus service. Our BlueBird Bus service offers home and school pickup/dropoff. Both our Margaret River services are conveniently located just off the main street of town, on Fearne Avenue, making it ideal for parents to access during their commute between work and home.
At BlueBird, we have worked incredibly hard to create the best possible service in Western Australia. Our team is working continuously to improve our facility and ensure that we are always following the latest and most up-to-date industry practices.
Our team is here to help your child develop the necessary life skills and self-confidence that will help them enter further education with ease and confidence.
Our Commitment To Safety
Here at BlueBird we take the safety of everyone seriously. We have put protective measures in place throughout our nursery
Now, more than ever, maintaining a safe, clean, secure facility is vital. We have been committed to this cause from day one, and we are fully transparent so that parents can check in at any time.
Hand Sanitation
Before entering the building you will be asked to use hand sanitiser. We also have stations located throughout the nursery.
PPE
You will be required to wear a face mask prior to entering the building and will need to keep it on for the duration of your visit.
Distancing
Please keep 2 metres apart at all times during your visit. No more than 2 people are allowed in reception at any one time.
Think Before Attending
Please do not come to the nursery if you or your child is displaying any symptoms of Covid 19. Call our team to advise them and rearrange..
