Every Bluebird Family Gets a Bluebird Mastercard

We are so excited to share with you our new initiative to give-back to our wonderful BlueBird families.

Every BlueBird family will receive a BlueBird Mastercard pre-loaded with $10 as our little gift. We will add additional funds to your Bluebird Mastercard when you participate in BlueBird promotions.

You can use your Bluebird Mastercard anywhere you want just like a normal credit card! Whether that is doing something fun with the kids, spoiling yourself or saving it up for something special.

You will receive your card upon new enrolment. Existing enrolled families must contact Accounts (Judy: 0439 479 242) to receive a card and activate their promotion.

Ensure the card is activated before use by going to www.universalgiftcards.com.au. Swipe your card while at the checkout, select CREDIT and OK. Non-Chip cards do not have a PIN number. If the terminal prompts you to enter a pin, select ENTER or OK to proceed without a pin number and the merchant may ask you to sign the docket.

The card will be reloaded on the Wednesday following the week of your child’s attendance.

Your cards can be used online or at any store in Australia or overseas where Visa or Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted. Your card cannot be used at a ATM or used to withdraw money.

Digital pay services are currently not available.

If you lose your card a new one can be issued at your own expense. Replacement cards cost $10 each.

No, if you leave Bluebird Childcare you will be required to return your card. Any remaining credit on your card may be used to settle any outstanding expenses you may have on your Bluebird account, otherwise will be forfeited once you return your card or on your child’s final day, which ever occurs first.

No, Your Bluebird card acts just like your personal bank cards. Any surcharges will be at the discretion of the retailer or service provider you choose to use your card with.

By visiting www.universalgiftcard.com.au. You will need to enter your 16-digit card number and 4-digit authentication code on your letter (not your PIN number). Merchants cannot do a balance enquiry through their point-of-sale system.

Only Reloadable or Chip cards require a PIN number to process transactions. To set the PIN number, go to www.universalgiftcard.com.au and enter your 16-digit card number and 4-digit authentication code (stated on your letter – this is not your PIN number). Follow the prompts to set or change your PIN number. 

Your reward money will be added to your rewards credit card after your child has attended their extra booked session. Extra session must be booked in the month of June.
